Pricing for Weddings
Rental of the venue with the amenities provided by Clover Meadow Pond is $2,500 plus tax. This includes the use of the food service tent, the open air shed, the tables and chairs, bride & groom suites, dock and areas of the property for the ceremony and photos. A $1000 deposit is required at time of booking. If you plan to use our even planner, additional fees will apply depending on the services desired.
A $200 clean up deposit is required that will be refunded after the premises has been cleaned up and inspected. Or, we will clean up for you for the $200 fee (this is in addition to the cost to rent the venue).
The venue will be available for a full day’s use for set up, the ceremony and clean up (8:00 am to 10:00 pm).
Rental of the Arches is $50 each.
I will gladly assist you with the purchase of the Special Events insurance policy that is not included in the rental fee.
Need a photographer? If you do not have a photographer, I recommend using Kimberly Cruz. Kimberly is familiar with the venue and she has great prices. Contact Kimberly at www.kimberlycruzphotographysc.com.

Pricing for Parties, Reunions and Photo Sessions
Parties and Reunions: $250 for 4 hours – includes use of the venue, the bathroom facilities, tables/chairs and fishing (if desired). $550 for all day use from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm.
Photo Sessions: $25 per hour, per family.
