Weddings, Weddings, Weddings – we love weddings at Clover Meadow Pond
Unlike other venues, at Clover Meadow Pond, our base price for weddings includes TWO Full Days of access to the venue. That’s right, when you book a wedding, you will have use of the venue for two days, starting at 8:00 am the first day until 10:00 the second day.

Wedding Venue Pricing at Clover Meadow Pond

At Clover Meadow Pond, we believe in providing an affordable, picturesque setting for your special day. Our transparent pricing ensures you get everything you need for a beautiful celebration without unnecessary costs.

Venue Rental – $1,500 + Applicable Tax – A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking
Includes TWO FULL DAYS access (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) and use of:
• Open-air shed
• Tables & Chairs
• Bride & Groom Suites
• Restroom Facilities
• Dock & Scenic Areas for the ceremony and photos
• Refrigerator Access for keeping your food and beverages fresh and cold
• Parking Areas
• Complimentary bottled water provided to your guests while waiting for the ceremony to begin

Additional Options for weddings

Event Planning Assistance – Available for an additional fee, depending on services desired.

Cleanup Options
• A $200 cleanup deposit is required and refunded after inspection if you handle cleanup.
• Prefer to leave it to us? We’ll take care of everything for a $200 fee (separate from venue rental and trash removal).
• Trash Removal: We will haul off the trash for an additional fee of $20 or you have the option to haul it off yourself.

Ceremony Arches – Available for rent at $50 each (plus applicable tax).

Screened Tent Rental - Enhance your event with our 10’ x 20’ screened tent, available for rent at $200, which includes complete set-up and take-down services. This versatile tent provides a comfortable, enclosed space that can be used for additional guest seating or as a designated area for food service.

Sound System Rental – A sound system is available for rent for an additional fee of $100 (plus tax). Bring your own playlist, and we’ll make sure your event sounds just the way you imagined.

Pricing for Parties, Reunions, Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties, Church Socials, Engagement Parties, Graduation Parties, and any other event other than weddings

• $300 for 4 Hours – Includes venue access, bathroom facilities, tables & chairs, and optional fishing and swimming.
• $550 for Full-Day Use – Enjoy the space from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, perfect for an all-day gathering.

Setup & Cleanup Time: We provide 1 hour before your event for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup—so you can prepare and pack up without feeling rushed.
Trash Removal: You have the option to haul off the trash yourself or we will gladly haul it off for an additional fee of $20

Event Holder’s Responsibilities

At Clover Meadow Pond, we aim to make your event effortless and enjoyable. While we provide a beautiful setting and thoughtful amenities, some elements remain the responsibility of the event holder. Here’s what to expect:

Planning & Coordination

• We offer limited event planning assistance for an additional fee—let us know how we can support you.
• While we do not provide catering, we’re happy to help connect you with local caterers.

Venue Essentials

• Our tables, chairs, and disposable tablecloths are included in your booking. If you prefer to provide your own, rental arrangements are your responsibility—we’re happy to assist with recommendations.
• We do not provide linens, napkins, cutlery, dishes, cups, or food service items. Please plan accordingly.
• There is no ice machine on-site; event holders or caterers must provide their own ice.

Entertainment & Décor

• You are responsible for bringing and managing your own music. A sound system is available for rent for an additional fee of $100. You bring the music and we will assist you with getting everything set up and connected.
• All decorations must be supplied and set up by the event holder.

Insurance & Alcohol Service

• For weddings, we require a special events policy be purchased with at least a $1,000,000 limit of liability. We require the special events insurance policy include additional insured status and a waiver of subrogation in favor of Clover Meadow Pond, LLC. If alcohol is being served, the policy must also include liquor liability coverage.
• These policies are affordable at around $120 and easily purchased online—we’re happy to assist in securing coverage if needed.
