Weddings, Weddings, Weddings - We love weddings at Clover Meadow Pond
Unlike other venues, at Clover Meadow Pond, our base price of $2,000 for weddings includes TWO Full Days of access to the venue. That’s right, when you book a wedding, you will have use of the venue for two days, starting at 8:00 am the first day until 10:00 pm the second day.

Facility: Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 80 people. There is one bathroom on premises for use. The bridal suite has a bathroom that is only available for the bridal party’s use.

That’s why we offer an affordable space that allows you to create the wedding of your dreams without the stress of sky-high costs. Our open-air picnic shed, peaceful pond, and charming dock provide a naturally beautiful backdrop for intimate ceremonies and grand celebrations alike—without the thousands in venue fees. We welcome couples looking for an elegant yet accessible option, so they can focus on what truly matters; celebrating their love.
Everything You Need for a Beautiful Celebration—Included
At Clover Meadow Pond, we believe in keeping things simple and stress-free. That’s why every wedding booking includes access to everything you need to create a seamless, beautiful event.

Tables & Seating – Comfortable arrangements for guests, plus tables for food, beverages, and desserts.
Refrigerator Access – Keep Your Items Fresh
Bride & Groom Suites – Private spaces for getting ready, relaxing, and soaking in the special moments before your big day.

Restroom Facilities – Clean, well-maintained bathroom facilities including a shower.

A Naturally Stunning Setting – From the pond to the dock and all across the property, picture-perfect views come built in—no extra cost.

All of this is included in our base price, ensuring that you can focus on celebrating without worrying about hidden fees or unexpected costs.

Wedding Pricing: For wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners - $1,500 for one day; $2,000 for two days. This pricing includes use of the picnic shed, dance floor area, tables and chairs for seating, use of the tables for food/beverages/desserts, use of the refrigerator, use of the bride and groom suites, use of the dock and areas of the property for the ceremony and photos.

Trash Service: You can haul off the trash, or we will haul it off for an additional fee of $75. We provide trash cans and trash bags. We also provide a bucket for liquids to be poured into before placing containers in the trash cans.

Alcohol Service: If you plan to serve alcohol, a $150.00 upcharge is added to the rental fee (ne exceptions). In addition, a special events insurance policy is required that includes $1,000,000 liquor liability, naming Clover Meadow Pond, LLC as an additional insured. The cost of the insurance policy is usually less than $150.

Screened Tent: A 10’ x 20’ screened tent is available for rent for an additional $200. The tent rental fee includes set up and take-down service.

Media Screen: A media screen is available for rent for an additional $25. It can be used for slide shows, showing photos and playing music or videos. Your data will need to be downloaded to your device. Your device can be connected to the screen.

Sound System/Blue Tooth Speaker: A plug and play sound system is available for rent for $100 or a Bluetooth speaker is available for rent for $50. You will need to have your music downloaded to a device. Your device can be connected to the sound system or speaker.

Arbor: A wooden arbor is available for rent for an additional $50.

Cabin: A 12’ x 12’ rustic cabin is available for rent for an additional $100. The cabin has power, heating and air conditioning but does not have a bathroom inside it. The venue bathroom has a shower and is available for use.

Events Other Than Weddings
Clover Meadow Pond is an excellent place to have memorable gatherings for life’s special moments other than weddings.
Pricing for Parties, Reunions, Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties, Church Socials, Engagement Parties, Graduation Parties, and any other events (not including weddings, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners)
• $500 for 4 Hours; $725 for 6 Hours – Includes venue access, bathroom facility, tables & chairs, games and optional fishing and swimming.
• $1,000 for Full-Day Use – Enjoy the space from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, perfect for an all-day gathering.
Trash Removal: You have the option to haul off the trash yourself or we will gladly haul it off for an additional fee of $50.

Projector & Screen Rental – Share Your Memories
Want to showcase special moments, heartfelt videos, or fun presentations? Our projector and screen rental are available for just $25, making it easy to display your photos and videos for guests to enjoy.

Event Holder’s Responsibilities

At Clover Meadow Pond, we aim to make your event effortless and enjoyable. While we provide a beautiful setting and thoughtful amenities, some elements remain the responsibility of the event holder. Here’s what to expect:

Planning & Coordination

• We offer limited event planning assistance for an additional fee—let us know how we can support you.
• While we do not provide catering, we’re happy to help connect you with local caterers.

Venue Essentials

• Our tables, chairs, and disposable tablecloths are included in your booking. If you prefer to provide your own, rental arrangements are your responsibility—we’re happy to assist with recommendations.
• We do not provide linens, napkins, cutlery, dishes, cups, or food service items. Please plan accordingly.
• There is no ice machine on-site; event holders or caterers must provide their own ice.

Entertainment & Décor

• You are responsible for bringing and managing your own music. A sound system or Bluetooth speaker is available for rent. You bring the music and we will assist you with getting everything set up and connected.
• All decorations must be supplied and set up by the event holder.

Insurance & Alcohol Service

• For weddings, we require a special events policy be purchased with at least a $1,000,000 limit of liability. We require the special events insurance policy include additional insured status and a waiver of subrogation in favor of Clover Meadow Pond, LLC. If alcohol is being served, the policy must also include liquor liability coverage.
• These policies are affordable at around $120 and easily purchased online—we’re happy to assist in securing coverage if needed.
